***UPDATE*** 03/18/26 This Filbertos has reopened on March 18th after being closed a year. Signs say under new management. Did not go inside but as someone who frequently stopped by the menu has changed. Prices (obviously, that's everywhere) and food selections. They now offer birria tacos, chilaquiles, and chili relleno enchiladas. They also have lengua and cabeza available for different meals.
