I had a great experience at Filgiano Dentistry. The customer service is excellent, everyone is very attentive, kind, and professional. They really care about their patients and make sure you feel comfortable during every visit. I’m very satisfied with their work and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.
I am very dissatisfied with both of the dentists Tom and Gerald. As I wanted white teeth. On the top and what I received was yellow an off-white color. And Brown which looks like they are rotten. This is what I bought and paid for. Their reasoning for this is unreprehensible There was never anything explained to me. They never showed me a chart of the color of teeth that I was going to get i sent them an email stating that I wanted the whiteist teeth possible. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I recently switched to this dental office as I’m new to the Markham area from up north. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable! Dr. Tom is so personable and kind and really takes the time to explain things to you in easy to understand terminology. Ethel is also so great. She cleaned my teeth and was very receptive to any discomfort or concerns raised. She was so knowledgeable and made really good recommendations! Can’t recommend this dental office enough.
Just made the switch to Filgiano Dentistry and it’s been a great experience thus far. The appointments have been on time the dental work and advice has been sound and I feel like they care.
