The company that I work for had asked FileVault to scan a large amount of paper documents on very short notice. Justin and Mark reacted very quickly to our inquiry, arranged pick up of the documents on the same day and handled the scanning incredibly fast. They also arranged the return of the documents directly on the next day after finishing the scanning.
