I have been a customer of Files Exterminating for many years. The last 10 years with owner Max Bennett. He has always provided excellent service; I never see bugs in my house. He is always pleasant, personable and punctual. I would highly recommend Files Exterminating if you need a reliable exterminator! Cheryl Metz
Very interesting that Max Bennett, THE OWNER, gave a review pretending to be a client!! How pathetic! I wish i could give them a zero but that isn t available If you are a woman, make sure you aren t alone if you are having him spray your home. Hopefully you can read between the lines here! Poor Service, rude man There are tons of other companies that are much more professional to work with, BEWARE
Max and Larry do an excellent job, are always on time, provide timely reminders, and make a courtesy call to let us know they are coming. I work outside of the home, so their available early appointments (usually 7am) are very nice for my schedule. I m usually home, but I trust them to move around my house with no concern for my property or family. While they ve only been taking care of my house for the last year or so, they ve provided services for the company where I work for many years, with no issues having ever arrisen.
Ive tried other pest control companys in the past to get rid of the ants in my kitchen with no luck...but this company did it right the first time. I was pleasently surprised with the ON TIME service and reasonable price! A very pleasent experience overall.
After using three other pest control companies to get the ants in my kitchen to go away, I tried Files Exterminating and was very pleased. Not only were they on time...I mean RIGHT on time, they took care of the problem with one visit. I also appreciate not dealing with high pressure sales...he took care of the job quickly and left. Overall a very pleasent experience.
