This company took over a smaller company that managed and cared for the property I rent from now. They oversee many properties from what I gather. Unfortunately, they do not live up to the last owners but I haven’t been in contact with them often enough to give a full 5 star. I used their emergency line once that stated it was 24hrs but no one answered or responded to my voicemail.
I'd like better communication between the tenant and the owner through this company.
We’ve been tenants for a little over six years, and our experience has been great. Communication has always been clear, any questions or requests are handled promptly, and overall the management has been professional and reliable. It’s been a smooth and positive experience.

I like the service of filament. Everything is proper and systematic. I am just facing delays in response but other than this the service is good.
