I’ve had a wonderful experience with Filament Realty Management so far. The entire rental process has been smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciate Simar’s professionalism and prompt communication—he’s always quick to respond and very supportive.
Filament realty is the worst rental company in the national capital region! I tried numerous times to contact them in an emergency situation and they never responded. I strongly dissuade anyone from renting from this fraudulent company. The landlord's lack of communication was unprofessional and sketchy.

This company tries to might be hiding genuine reviews. Probably because accountability sucks when receipts are saved. Overall a horrible experience as a tenant. I rent a tiny studio downtown because it is close to work. I went to the Landlord and Tenant Board for some kind of compensation due to omissions in the filing like not plowing the apartment parking area; or not ever cutting the grass in the front yard until bylaw showed up.
