I signed a lease and paid a $3,200 deposit, only to be told the unit was ‘already leased’ due to an ‘admin error’. They held my money for days and tried to force me to sign a liability release (N11) before returning it. Very unprofessional experience. Be extremely cautious. 🙏🏼
