Apartments in desperate meeds a maintenance, took 3 weeks of constant emailing just to get it painted, kitchen lights are not good as they dont turn on even with fresh bulds, closet doors knocked off hinges from previous tentat, faulty wiring in the bathroom, the list goes on and on
I had a very bad experience with this compagnie. They are not serious, i lives in one of thier appartement at hawkesbury. They have no care for the tenants. Since, the cold period started, the heating system is not working. We wrote many messages but not a single reply from them. All Electronic in the appartement are not working, we call and no reaction from them. I sorry but they are not serious, at all!!
I do not recommend Filament Management as a property management company. As a landlord, I hired Filament to manage my property. My experience over the past three years has been frustrating and deeply disappointing. I went through three different property managers during my time with them, and none of them seemed to have any idea what the last one did.
