I ordered an iced latte and they handed it to me with 3 half melted ice cubes in it… by the time I got to the car, the ice was completely melted and I had a watered down latte that I took 3 sips of before I just threw the whole thing away. For $8 it wasn’t worth it at all. I think if they found a way to chill the espresso without brewing it over ice and leaving it watered down, I would’ve enjoyed it better. I’m sure the hot latte tastes great.
