My roof was 25 years old and showing the signs of age. I interviewed 3 local companies, did lots of research and chose Fike's, and I am very glad I did. Jason did the most comprehensive bid, including aerial drone pictures as well as total costs for the project for both asphalt and metal roofing. His crew was awesome, respectful and very hardworking. Have called twice for a quote and they showed me up twice.
Absolutely had a great experience working with Jason, from phone call to finish. Called Fikes roofing as they had done a roof down the street from us, Jason showed up, inspected, took photos and shared his findings with me. Jason kept in contact throughout the whole process (before, during and after installation) which says a lot for their customer service. I cannot thank them enough for the care they put into their work and the roof looks great!
