RecommendedTechnicians were very professional, thorough and explained how they treated each unit. Our property will be using them going forward for any pest issues that pop up.
They treat every infestation as the emergency that it is. The drivers risk life and limb (theirs as well as others) while barrelling down the highway at 80+ mph. Don't worry if they nearly cause you to lose control of your car, at least they are ridding homes of pests.
We have been using Fikes for awhile now and have been very happy with the service. We had some issues when we bought our home and they have been all taken care of. They are friendly, efficient and dependable!
I called Fikes today to help with a carpenter bee problem. Dave was able to help out today! He answered all of my questions from start to finish - everything from the chemical process to learning so much about carpenter bees. I highly recommend Fikes - especially Dave!!
The service has always been great. They come anytime between scheduled visit that you need them.
DO NOT use Fikes Pest Control. Buyer beware. I paid in full cash at the time of service. The guy just flipped through the windows and only showed me where to sign. Later, I get an invoice---that said total amount was still due. It did not show accurately that I had paid in cash at the time of service. Sneaky way to do business. You want to assume that anyone whom comes to your home is honest. BUYER BEWARE!
