I had not been to Fika before and I had the pleasure of dealing with Haley. Man, I was lucky! I don't much, but I tried my best to explain what I wanted. In no time, she came back with 4 options that all sounded amazing! I was so impressed, I got them all. You've got a customer for life! Thanks, Haley!
Fabulous customer service, shouting out Haley for being super kind, helpful and understanding of what you're looking for in a product and giving options.
