The rosemary cookies are my favorite, but it's safe to say everything Joe creates is going to be amazing
Joe is a delight and his pastries are joy in every bite. The almond croissant was one of the best I’ve ever had. The cookies were to die for. I can’t wait for the next bake sale!
I've ordered truffle boxes from Joe for a couple of years now (before FIKA was even official) and given them as holiday gifts and people LOVE them. The packaging, the unique flavors, that they are handmade and look beautiful. I'd never had pandan before and that's now my favorite. I also got to try his chocolate Basque cheesecake recently and it was literally the best dessert I've ever had- perfect texture, not too sweet.
FIKA is incredible! I'm addicted to the croissants and key lime bars. The truffles are beautiful and have really vibrant flavors like pandan, gianduia, and osmanthus (which is a flower that tastes like apricots!). Everything I've had is awesome.
Everything I've had from Joe's Bakery has been DEE-licious! One of my favorites was the Guava Cream Cheese Empanada - wow! I always order the truffles for holiday gifts - they are little works of art with brilliant flavors.
