They normally do a great job for great prices. I love the deals listed on their website for gel mani & pedi, etc. but I was immensely disappointed today. I mistakenly made an appointment for gel w/ extension and decided on my way in that I no longer wanted extension and just wanted regular nail length. I went in for a color change on us gel nails. I did not want them cut and did not need a fill. The girl who the guy sat me in front of seemed annoyed she had to stop eating. The station was ok but the tools didn’t appear to have been cleaned and several were a bit rusty. She proceeded to file off my color. I got a little distracted looking around at the place and when I looked back it was because it felt off. She was filing down my nails. I received great service during my initial visit — the staff was friendly, and I was pleased with how my nails looked. However, my gel polish started chipping just three days after the service, which was disappointing since gel should typically last around two weeks. Because I don’t live in the area, I wasn’t able to return until a week later. I love going to this place for my spa pedicure! Its absolutely amazing. The leg massage and back massage are soooooo good. I always leave there feeling great! Theres a lot of chairs so there's never a wait time. Prices are good too!
