I was a little apprehensive when I started at FIIT as an older person (69) last year with no previous gym experience. I needn’t have worried as I have been welcomed and included in everything they do. When needed I am given good guidance to adapt my exercises to match my abilities. There really is a friendly and accepting atmosphere which makes the group sessions fun.
