After six months at FIIT Project I am stronger and fitter than I have been in a long time. Returning from injury, my confidence and motivation were quite low and I needed something to get me back on track. Finding knowledgeable coaches, this great community and variety in the sessions has kept me consistent and hitting new goals. A big thanks to Rob and Jenna and the whole crew for embracing me as a new member in such a short time.
I love fiit project. I joined nearly a year ago during a period of particularly poor health. Rob and Jenna have supported me through my recovery and now I feel like my fitness is back on track. I love the supportive and inclusive community. It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out on your fitness journey or looking to optimise your performance fiit project has something for everyone.
FIIT Project is hands down the best gym in South Australia. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable and friendly, fostering a great community feel which is infectious. They are able to tailor workouts to my skill level, all while challenging me to help achieve my fitness goals. I’ve lost a heap of weight, gained muscle and most importantly made friends. I have recommended the gym to my friends and family.
