Fiit & flow is so wonderful. Theres an extensive and diverse class list thats sure to fit anyones schedule or preferences. Ive enjoyed every class and instructor and truly cant recommend this studio enough! Love the challenge at each class as well.
Can’t say enough good things about FIIT & Flow. The staff is amazing. They are very encouraging and it’s easy to go spend an hour there in a workout. I’ve been able to be consistent in an exercise routine for the first time in years thanks to FIIT & Flow! It has been a game changer!
Love fiit & flow - I tried their new client special which is a great way to try a variety of classes. I’ve enjoyed all of the instructors. My favorite are the mega-former classes, such a challenging but fun workout. The studio is beautiful as well! Highly recommend
Fiit&Flow is the perfect fit for me! I am happy to have found this wonderful studio. I’m taking 3 types of classes per week & all are great & challenging. The atmosphere is friendly with students working towards positive health, and the classes are pushing me past my comfort zone in a good way! The teachers are professional & helpful with a focus on form, function & fun! The studio is well designed & very clean. I give it 5 Stars!
Fun, diverse classes and beautiful atmosphere. Nellie went was very accommodating and helpful when I had to cancel my membership for health reasons.
