I did not have a good experience at this store. Jason ordered me skates and I waited over a year to hear from them. In the end he said the company never filled the order! I then contacted the company who told me I never showed up to the pick up my skates!! This is not true as I was never called and I prepaid for the skates and have never been reimbursed! Scam! Be careful! We purchased a dress, which has a safety pin on the inside to hold the dress and it's extremely poorly made and itchy and they refused to accept the return saying that it's a final sale. We filed a complaint with the consumer protection Ontario and from now we will continue with the government but just be aware.

Im gonna give 3 stars for now. I ordered online and payed more than 500 CAD. Firstly i asked through an email if my order is shipped or not yet. And they said yes.
