The figure skating boutique has been my go-to place for skates, from my first pair as a kid to my most recent ones over a decade later. Over the years, the shop has expanded significantly, and I’ve had incredible help from staff like Hannah. Jason had also been great help when I was younger. After getting my Jackson figure skate punched out elsewhere I had almost given up hope that they could ever be comfortable again but Jason brought them back to life. After putting them in the EasyBake oven for a bit he was able to stretch them as needed and give them new life. Everyone at the store on Doncaster was friendly and helpful and never tried to pressure me into any purchases. The staff today were super helpful! Was shopping for my daughter’s first comp dress, she was able to try on as many dresses as she found without being rushed. I had an amazing fitting experience here! Hannah was very patient with the fitting, helping me try multiple brands and styles and even staying past closing (not expected at all) to ensure my new skates were moulded and sharpened. I appreciated their expertise here and they have a good selection of skates.
