Scam! Be careful! We purchased a dress, which has a safety pin on the inside to hold the dress and it's extremely poorly made and itchy and they refused to accept the return saying that it's a final sale. We filed a complaint with the consumer protection Ontario and from now we will continue with the government but just be aware.

Im gonna give 3 stars for now. I ordered online and payed more than 500 CAD. Firstly i asked through an email if my order is shipped or not yet. And they said yes. After a couple days, i asked again bcs i cant track my package in any sites. I sent many e-mails, but still they didnt respond any. Had two boot fittings with Ariel and she was so kind and patient with me. I’ve been in Risport boots for many decades and loved the super diamant and rf3 super, slimmer designs from way back in the day. These new Risport models just aren’t working for my foot. I have gone through and skated in so many different Risport sizes and widths, all in an effort to find that good snug feeling that I’m used to.
