We had such an amazing experience! Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They made my niece feel so special by including her in the entire process, and she had the best time picking out her skating dress. We were visiting from out of province on vacation, and this was truly one of the highlights of her trip. Thank you to everyone for making it such a fun and memorable experience.
Not great…. Skates were a decent price for the model I bought. Fit was not correct at ALL, although I was told in-store it was. Many details about the skate were not explained. I had to go to a different skate shop to get the pair I bought adjusted, where I was also informed about specific thin skating socks. (This was news too me.) Friendly people, just not great service expecially for first time skaters going to get their first pair.
My two pairs of skates arrived in Mexico, well maintained and well packaged. Already with everything and customs processes took 15 days to arrive
Great shopping experience! The shipping to Israel was fast and smooth, with no issues at all. I also contacted customer service on Instagram for sizing advice, and they helped me choose the right size based on the measurements and information I provided. Everything fit perfectly. I’m also very happy with my Jackson Elle inline skates. As a beginner, I find them comfortable, supportive, and enjoyable to skate in. Highly recommend!
