After an unsuccessful experience buying online my toddler daughter's first skates, we came here, got all the necessary measurements and she's been skating since last year, no issues or complaints. Also, my husband had issues with his skates, he talked to Jason who said it was a manufacturer defect and simply replaced them! Even though he bought them many years ago. I've been their customer for 10 years and if I need a good advise, service, or variety of outfits, accessories, I would definitely be back again.
I had a wonderful experience earlier this season at FSB! Jason was attentive, realistic, and super friendly! I went in with the intention of getting new skates because mine were too painful to use and he took a look at them, asked me a few questions, and then said "why would I charge you to get new skates when I can just fix these for you for free?" We had such a very positive experience at the Figure Skating Boutique and I can’t recommend them enough. The fitting process was thoughtful, thorough, and completely focused on finding the best possible outcome for my skater. Jason was absolutely great. From the very first visit, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in getting the right fit.
