Very friendly staff. Had to come in to get new retainers since my old ones broke. Got them within a couple weeks! Was surprised on the quick turn-around. I will be coming back in the future!
This place is absolutely amazing from the front desk staff to the doctors. We were visiting family in IL and my daughter’s expander came off on one side Sunday morning. She was unable to push it back into place and was unable to eat any solids foods for a day and a half because it was blocking her bite. Me and her Orthodontist (that was in another state) called 10+ offices in Naperville that were all unwilling to help just remove the expander for my 8 year old daughter so she could eat.
