Wow i have had a great experience with Oscar over the past seven years. When i met him my front porch was falling down. Oscar gave me a price that others were almost doubled under what others had asked for. After i was satisfied with that job, i asked him to put a roof on my house because it was leaking. I contracted Figueroa 2nd Generation Construction to tear off and replace my roof and during the 1st high wind shingles were blowing off the roof due to being nailed incorrectly which voided the wind warranty. The shingles had 4 nails but the nails were spaced 2 on each end 3 inches apart and not equally spaced per manufacturers instruction which I showed Figueroa a printed copy of the instructions.
