Personable, Knowledgeable, Patient, Responsive, Efficient. Provides Terrific Advice. Highly Recommended. Steven helped us find the perfect apartment to rent. He quickly realized what we were looking for and stayed vigilant of the market, notifying us when a potential property became available. He was always available, but also let us take all the time (months) we needed, waiting for the right unit. Steven possesses a deep understanding of real estate, from warning us about small apartment details during viewings, to broade... read more

We had a fantastic experience working with Steven to find our new apartment. From start to finish, he was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Steven listened to what we were looking for, and our new place checks every box. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We highly recommend Steven to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor!

Steve was an amazing realtor! My roommate and I gave him a very short time-span to find us an apartment in Toronto and he over delivered. He reached out promptly to landlords and negotiated successfully and professionally! We felt very supported, and love where we are living now!

Working with Steve has been such a positive experience that I feel genuinely excited to recommend him to others. This is actually the second time I’ve worked with him, and both experiences have been smooth, efficient, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. The first time, Steve helped me find a renter for my place. The second time around, I was the one looking for a place to stay. In both situations, he approached everything with the same level of care and urgency. What really stood out to me was how responsive he ... read more
