Avoid this company at all cost. I purchased a new AC from them in july 2021. In 2022 the fan was rattling and our AC maintenance company told me to call Figlia as it was only 1 year old and under warranty. Figlia came and quickly told me nothing was wrong with the unit. They promised me that if the fan started to make noise again to call them and they would fix it. Today the fan was making the same rattling and grinding noise.
