The staff at Fig Leaf Boutique are always gracious, helpful, and kind. I have visited there for 2 years and felt they gave me their time and attention. Kudos to Amy, for always being so sweet and smiling!
I called on Wednesday 15 minutes before they were closing the lady I talked to was super nice she looked up my information and she got me an appointment on Thursday the next day. She fit me in while she was going to be over at the baby side. She took her time measured me for my compression fittings talked to me about them and how to use them gave me my garments and I was on my way didn't even take 45 minutes I was so happy with them!
Great experience and great customer service for my compression fittings.
We walked in and the staff working at the desk seemed annoyed that we entered their workspace. A retail store. When asked how they could help one lady said with annoyance “we don’t bill insurance , they’re over there.” She didn’t get up or offer to help with selecting the appropriate item, or offer any other interaction.
