My son is in his second month and it has been a great experience. Vic is amazing with the youth! Very positive and welcoming. It has been a struggle getting my son off the video games but he looks forward to his sessions. I also love that they don't take it easy on him....it take WORK!
13-17 yr old group! Month #2 I think the program is great. My son is learning a lot. I believe he's now looking into different styles of fighting. He needs the routine and discipline which I feel like he's being provided. I think it's a great combination of learning how to protect yourself while also understanding the discipline of being able to just listen and monitor the environment around you.
Coach Vic is an extremely knowledgeable and a fantastic motivator. I’m forever going to have the tools to keep my health in check thanks to what I’ve learned working with him. And it was a program tailored to my specific body type, strengths and weaknesses. It’s an investment in long term health that’s more than worth it
My experience at FightShapeFit has been a great one! The classes allowed me to learn the technique and skills of boxing as well as hit weight goals that I established for myself. Awesome experience!
Coach Vic is AMAZING!!! I'm so happy I found this place! My son has been taking classes for almost 3 months now and he loves it! Coach Vic is making a lasting impression on the kids he trains with his mix of warmth and no-nonsense approach to the craft of boxing. My son's confidence is increasing with each session.
