I'm on my 3rd year and I love this place! The workouts are hard but worth it. Every time I just say to myself "but did you die"?? LOL The trainers are amazing. Paula the owner is loud, fearless and will push you to your breaking point. There's no slacking off here. If you are looking for a place to build strength and endurance and have an amazing woman support group this is your place!
Paula and Jen are awesome coaches! I only wish I could go more often. (I work into the last class available most days) The girls are so sweet and the workout make me feel like im back at varsity practice! The community they create for us is so supportive and attentive as well.
This is by far the best workout experience I’ve had. I’ve never been big on gyms, but the energy here is something else! The workouts are always different, the coaches keep you fired up, and the sensor-equipped bags linked to the app push you to keep improving. After almost three months, I’ve already lost fat, built muscle, and my resting heart rate has improved! What I love most is that everyone’s welcome, different ages, shapes, and fitness levels, and every exercise can be adapted to fit your needs.
I started in December because I needed an outlet for my anxiety. Ten minutes into my intro class, I was thinking “Why the heck am I doing this to myself?!” It was hard, and I was out of shape. But I gave it a chance and stuck with it for a month before reevaluating whether it was right for me. Its now the end of my 3rd month here, and I have zero regrets for continuing!
