Pest control leaves my apartment door open till I come back home in evening each time they arrive. Main office says they will follow up with that. Nothing changes. Maintenance never follows thru locking up my door.
Unfortunately, it's a problem for everything. They ask you to take care of the property, and when you report something, it takes them weeks or even months to come to your apartment and fix it. Not to mention, the administrative department is terrible. The service is awful. Most of the staff there are rude when you point out their mistakes. You send emails everywhere, and nobody replies.
