Good hard working gym. Good trainers. C Regular classes and very cheap compared to other similar fighting gyms. Has weight area with barbell and dumbbells.
Absolutely great gym. Good for anyone wanting to get fitter and push a little further and great for people who like to train like animals too. This is my current gym and I'm not going to leave anytime soon, highly recommend.
