They won’t accept electronic records, only CDs. We were asked to delay the appointment and drive 20 minutes to pick the CD up. When questioned, about their ability to use electronic records and law. They magically were able to use the electronic record. The explanation is that they have occasional issues downloading the records. Therefore, before even checking the availability of the record, they will request that you drive 20 minutes after driving an hour to the doctor’s office. Had an appointment here in sept and I wish I could give zero stars . First off it took us a long time to even find a doc who would see my son , this one got us in but then decided he didn't want to treat his injuries said he needed to se a surgen ( for a non surgical injurie i had the paper work ) and sent us elsewhere. Tryed to ge this in w the doc hw suggested and they wouldent see him because he wasent 18 !!! Well we ended up having to give in and go all the way to Richmond!!! Mixed bag. Our daughter’s ACL surgery was very good, but the email and phone communication is poor, and we have wasted hours in the office on follow-up visits because of that lack, and are kind of blamed for it. Quite frustrating. And please don’t suggest an ombudsman!
I tried countless doctors to cure my hip problems and Dr. Peck came to my rescue!! He is an excellent surgeon and i’m so thankful for him! The staff here is always kind to me and my family.
