In order to give a fair review, i want to begin by giving the full picture of the situation, so all info is shared & honest. First, as a child I was victimized by my family Dr & since then I have had a crippling fear of Drs (I'm not being dramatic, i literally need a chaperone to bring to make sure I physically go to appt. I've been going for almost a year now. Making an appointment is always fast and easy, the clinic runs on time, and my needs are being met. No practice is perfect, and they apologize when things aren't 100% correct. My husband is going to switch from Center City to her, because he's not getting the service he deserves from Jefferson Family Medicine downtown.
