Your coupon rules are never the same. I was told tonight that I couldn’t use a $4 off coupon on a regular price giant 12 topping pizza because that wouldn’t make it regular price. I thought that was the point of a coupon?? Tired of the bait and switch with your coupons.

Never had a problem w.delivery or takeout and never had an order go wrong in the 2yrs we've been eating here. Great pizza, and my husband and I are pretty picky since we moved from Chicago where alllll the pizza is fantastic 😁

Be aware, I have done online order twice from Figaros both times ordering X-Large and both times only getting a 14in pizza. I called and asked what size a X-Large was and was told 16in, when I advised I got a 14in pizza I was told well I didn’t make it. The attitude and rudeness was beyond.
Ordered two pizzas using their online ordering. Received a delivery time of 6:15pm (I ordered at 5:30pm). At 6:30pm I called the store to inquire where my pizzas were. I was informed they were just leaving the store. No apology, no offer to discount the pizzas, no offer for compensation. Kid on the phone was rude and didn’t care that the pizzas were late. He simply gave me excuses. Very disappointed. Will not be using them again.
Our pizza was prepared quickly, was delicious and we’re proud to patronize a business that generously supports its community! Go Panthers! �
I called in to order and the girl who answered the phone call was extremely unprofessional when I told her I wanted a delivery she said yeah what can I get you and then proceeded to act like I was bugging her, at the end she said I’m putting you on hold so I can figure out what your total is! Maybe you should look for another job because you seem to not like it.
