I love the atmosphere here and the unique & delicious crostinis! I often come back here when I am in NYC. But I have to say that overall I leave a little bit disappointed. The service is fairly poor for the type of atmosphere and the prices you are paying. The prices are high for what you get.. even in New York. I would recommend only coming here for a glass of wine and the crostinis and then moving on somewhere else for dinner.
It’s my go to place in the City. I’m allergic to garlic. I’ve never had a mistake at Fig. The menu is plentiful. They change it every now and then. The staff is always terrific. Super wine list. Healthy eats. Scrumptious desserts.
The sea bass is MAZING!!! The filet last time was AMAZNG!!! Gong to the duck breast..
The Tuna Nicoise salad was great, as well as the octopus carpaccio. A great lunch spot.
