I used FIG for a client's event in January and they were absolutely lovely to work with. They were extremely responsive, helpful, professional and patient as we slowly built our menu! On the day of, the staff was friendly and knew exactly what they were doing and the food was amazing. I heard rave reviews about the food the entire night. I will definitely be using FIG again for future events.

I have tried calling and submitting the online form 5 times to use FIG for our wedding and no one contacted me back. We've decided to go with someone else. Unfortunate, we heard such great things, but whoever is answering the phone/customer email, isn't doing their job.
I have known Molly since college so of course I turned to her when I decided to get married in Chicago. FIG was outstanding! The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and professional. FIG helped my day go flawless and they helped with even the littlest of details so I didn't have to worry about it.
