I ordered a Peace Lily plant for our daughter-in-law’s birthday to be sending in a couple of days from the order date to Sydney. The morning it was due to be delivered, Fig and Bloom sent me a super clear photo of the plant which our d-in-l will receive. This was such a wonderful and thoughtful surprise on their part, being that we live on the ‘other’ side of the world we wouldn’t ordinarily have seen it. Beautiful and bright arrangement, quick delivery. The team sent a photo to me of the arrangement prior to delivery, and were very responsive to inquiries. Highly recommended.
I ordered flowers for my mother’s birthday and not only did they arrive half dead but the arrangement was incredibly minimal for the price we paid. They also did not offer an adequate solution when we contacted customer service for help. I would not recommend this company at all.
