I ordered an arrangement that was meant to include roses. Four hours after placing the order, I received an email advising they had run out of roses and had substituted them with cheaper flowers. My order was placed at 8:30am. Fortunately, I was able to speak with customer service (Kish), who cancelled the order and issued a refund.
