Paid $165 for this tiny bouquet. Nice selection, but tiny. You'll find much better value elsewhere.
Such a lovely gesture from Fig & Bloom. My son had ordered a bouquet for my birthday, and though my original order couldn't be delivered on time, they went above and beyond by sending a beautiful bouquet free of charge the next day along with a heartfelt note of apology. The flowers were fresh, stunningly arranged, and brought a big smile. Mistakes happen, but it's how you handle them that sets you apart—and this was handled with so much grace and care. Thank you for turning the experience into a lovely surprise!
Had some issues with delivery of the bouquet in which the business were very quick and eager to rectify once they received my complaint, absolutely beautiful bouquet and they have a lovely team thanks allot and will definitely be back in future
Same day ordering and delivery was convenient, but actual bouquet was very different to the beautiful arrangement displayed in their website. Very plain bouquet delivered especially for the high price. Very embarrassing to have sent these. But they did smell nice. Would not order from them again.
Absolutely appalling customer service. Was discussing flower arrangements for a memorial event and no-one answered emails or phone calls as we approached the event time. Had to arrange last minute florist to cover the event. Communication is shocking. Do not recommend. In the end missed out on a huge $$$$ event with media exposure. Their loss.
