Highly impressed! Sushil, the delivery driver, went above and beyond to ensure my flowers reached the correct address after I unknowingly provided incorrect details. He persisted in trying to reach me (who answers calls from unknown numbers these days?!) and even refused my offer to pay an additional courier fee. The personal customer service and genuine care, reaching beyond the screen, was unexpected and exceptional. So grateful, thank you!
I purchased a bouquet for a gift and I loved how I was provided a photo of the order before it was delivered. Thank you, the recipient loved the flowers.
Delivery was delayed till very late, untidy and damaged delivery. Flowers arrived at 9pm, been in transit all day paper was all damaged and not presentable at all. Will never order again from these guys.
Disappointing on so many levels and no accountability or customer service. They DID NOT attempt to deliver same day or even advise that they were unable to deliver same day for the bereavement flowers I ordered. I then received a notification from AUS POST that my flowers would be delivered in 2 days - AUSTRALIA POST!!??? I called to question this and there was a mix up with the address where the flowers were given to Aust Post to deliver to an address that does not even exist?? BUYERS BEWARE Flowers are not delivered on the day you select at check out and is on the order confirmation, they can be delivered on a different date when the recipient is unavailable, even when ordering in advance, and are then taken by StarTrack to the local post office for pick up. No option for re-delivery or delivery on the correct date I selected for a mum with a newborn baby barely out of hospital, only option is to go to the post office to collect.
