Absolutely beautiful flowers. Customer service was excellent.They were incredibly kind especially when I explained the issues I had with another provider. They made sure I didn't have the same experience and made it so delightful. Definitely my new favourite florist

Fig and Bloom is an exceptional florist based in Melbourne but also delivering in Brisbane and Sydney. They excel in the quality of their blooms, their communication and service. I really appreciated receiving a photograph of the blooms I had selected and being told they would be delivered that afternoon. They also rang to check the correct address as I had inadvertently given the wrong street number. Going above and beyond defines their approach to every delivery.

I needed to order two separate arrangements today. I ordered both before lunch time and by 2pm both delivered. Great service!! The customer experience is second to none. And to top it off you even get sent a picture of the arrangement that is sent out. Very impressed!
