The management and staff of 51B have demonstrated a pattern of unprofessional and unethical behavior, including serious and ongoing violations of tenant rights. Over the last almost year, there have been numerous incidents involving organized surveillance, harassment, intimidation, and other potentially unlawful actions. These practices raise significant concerns about the suitability of 51B as a professional housing provider.

Additionally, quite noisy, lots of construction and repairs in a neighboring unit with strange timing without notification or communication. Obnoxiously loud leaf blowers being used. I mentioned the construction noise when responding to an email from them on March 5. Sound from neighboring units easily carry through the walls. Loud neighbor, extremely poor management. Our neigbor above us has had loud TV noise after 11 pm for more than 6 months. The management is not even able to handle issues like loud tv noises. Whenever I reach her (the apartment manager) she says it takes time to evict him. Probably they plan to evict him after a year.
