This complex has severe habitability issues. The units areas are extremely noisy, even on the relatively quiet side of the complex. I lived here for almost 2 years; I am in the military so living where the association/staff is flexible and communicative is a must-have. Throughout my tenure here (up until the moment of moving out) I did not have any issues; the housing office was quick to assist with any concerns or issues I had. My move-out experience was a bit negative. Prior to moving out, I devoted several days to cleaning my unit extensively - it was absolutely spotless, and short of removing appliances, in "move-in" condition. The management and staff of 51B have demonstrated a pattern of unprofessional and unethical behavior, including serious and ongoing violations of tenant rights. Over the last almost year, there have been numerous incidents involving organized surveillance, harassment, intimidation, and other potentially unlawful actions. These practices raise significant concerns about the suitability of 51B as a professional housing provider.
