First off, the beer is fantastic. I go to a lot of microbreweries with work and travel; so I have a pretty wide range of experiences with the "craft" segment of the brewing world. 50w never ceases to impress with the perfection of multiple different types of beers. Some micros are know for their stout, or their Belgian wheat, or an IPA, but I haven't found a beer at 50w that I didn't like. They are all great. great place, great vibe. Outdoors in the summer is super nice. Feels likes you're drinking in someone's backyard. Also check out Penny Flips on Tuesday.
Not much of a beer drinker, but love the Doom Pedal white ale (similar to a Blue Moon). Killer patio and delicious appetizer called Endless Summer that is essentially pork, BBQ sauce, and cheese melted in a skillet with tortillas for dipping. Right off the bike trail, so perfect for a post-ride drink or snack.
My husband and I meet two friends at Fifty West for dinner and beers last night. Had a really good time, great food and beers. We will definitely be back! :)
Tasty beers and good food. So happy they now bottle Punch -it's been one of my local favorites since the day I first tried it! New Year's Eve beer dinner was a fun experience
Enjoyed trying new craft beers. The production area is a great place to have after work gatherings.
