Since they took over the great space across the road with sand volleyball (formerly Hahana Beach), my wife and I cruise down on the scooter pretty frequently. The beer is amazing. The variety is what sets them apart from other local breweries. Cincinnati is just a great town for beer. The small bites you can get at this venue are great. It's a super fun, comfortable atmosphere. Very welcoming.
My husband and I were loyal 50 West patrons for years but that all ended last month. We decided to bring our 4 month old baby to dinner. I ordered the corn salad and it was so hot that the one kernel that fell on my baby burned her so bad it left a scar. Would have been nice if the waitress would have warned me or if anyone would have answered the email I sent discussing the matter but neither happened....
Great place to hang out with friends and have a good time. Friendly fast service but the beer for my taste is just okay. I tried three different ones and when you order a Kölsch and you can call it Carolina Kolsch at makes no difference and you get not a clear nice yellow color beer 🍻 than something is already not right.
Nice place to relax and enjoy a few drinks with family and friends, the food selection is good and if you're into some action the volleyball courts are for you.
