I was a loyal client at Fifty Shades of Hair Salon for over five years. In that time, I developed what I believed was a genuine friendship with the owner, Claudia. I have been going to Claudia (owner) of Fifty Shades of Hair Salon for the past 5 years. Claudia has always had her own way of doing things, whenever I would come in with an idea for my hair she would suggest something and I would usually go with it and be satisfied with the results. Yesterday, I went in and asked for highlights, and it was acomplete nightmare. Claudia did tons of foils all over my hair. Monica was very condescending and rude repeatedly telling me that my hair was filthy after she just washed it trying to sell me unnecessary products. I go to a stylist to feel better not to be insulted
