The last manager was a firm but understanding actual human being. The one now is a heartless tyrant on a power trip and descriminates against people with disabilities and does what she can to throw them on the streets, gossips with other tenants about private issues and threats towards tenants not present whie screaming at her chidren all day in avery emotionally destructive manner while working.
