Lovely staff! Tim picked out many glasses for me and was offering feedback what looked good on me and what didn’t fit my face! The doctor was nice and communicated what she was doing. Definitely recommend!
Today was the first time I have been to see an eye doctor since I was a child. I had read many reviews, before deciding to make my aye appointment today at fifty dollar eye guy, and I was very pleased with the entire staff, they were very sweet, courteous , prompt and went above and beyond from the moment i walked through the door. I will definitely be letting anyone know that this is the place to go. , and did I mention they have the best smelling coffee in town?
First I’ll say that the eye doctor is fantastic. Communicates, explains things clear. very thorough. Very nice man. Everything went straight downhill from there. The older man at the customer service counter is extremely inpatient and rude. The younger man at least tried to address my issue and adjust my frames but in the meantime scratched my lenses to the point that they look worse than the 3 yr old glasses I wanted to replace. I'm in the midst of a very annoying experience with this company. I woke up with blurry vision one day and made an appointment to come for an eye exam and additional tests. Nothing unusual on the additional tests. I advised the eye doctor that I couldn't differentiate the letters when selecting/tweaking the lens prescription. I was told to pick the lens that made the blobs look tallest, so I did. Dr H was so friendly and explained all the results very thoroughly that I knew why I needed glasses and the frames that worked the best😊 Haley assisted me personally in finding the perfect frames. This was an enjoyable experience - I was pampered the entire experience! And I wasn't broke when I left!
