We landed at Hartford at 830 pm on Sunday 04/29 driving to Chicopee MA thought this would be interesting and probably great diner food open 24/7. Stopped at 930, our server did not write anything down, took forever to get cheese fries then our dinner came 40 minutes later and was completely incorrect. Bacon was not cooked, asked for sourdough got wheat toast asked for French toast got pancakes. The chili dogs ordered were cold. Server could not be bothered to even bring us the bill or drink refills. No idea of the waitresses... read more

Business response:

HI Felicia, we are very sorry you had a bad experience. We strive for great customer service and great food and we failed on both for you. Thank you for letting us know and we will speak with the management about the issues you raised. We hope you'll give us another shot in the future.

Waited 15 minutes before server tended to me. One was playing on her cell phone, other socializing with friends then both went to a corner to jibber jab. I had to knock on window just to get one to look my way and she tells me no need to knock. Well no tip for her. Wish I could tip the cook directly and only the cook. FYI of was busy I’d be ok but I was the only one there other than her friends.

Business response:

Hi Mike, could you please message us or call us at 413-737-6992 with more information regarding your experience? Specifically the date, time and what you ordered. We would like to make this right for you. Thanks!
