Working with Laura Baugh at Fifth Third Bank was a beyond disappointing experience. Communication was extremely poor. Calls and emails typically went unanswered. On the rare occasion we did receive a response, she was unclear, unprepared, or provided incomplete/false information. The lack of follow-through and attention to detail caused unnecessary delays and confusion throughout the loan process and she was unwilling to take any ownership for her role in processing errors.
