Terrible bank going to close my account and start a checking at s1fcu
Most incompetent bank ever. Do not get a mortgage through this company, they have messed up my Escrow, misapplied payments ever year and the mortgage service is horrible. I am currently looking to pay $2,000 in closing costs for a new loan just to get away Fifth Third and it will be worth it.
There costumer service sucks! Dan he works in the office acts like the costumers are beneath him. He actd as if he hates his job. Normally i wouldn't write a review, but this is my second time dealing with him and he has been rude. I've banked here for going on four years. I believe everyone should be treated the same. I think its just time to find a new bank.
