Rep called. I asked for payoff details and daily accrual interest amount anticipating to the penny to final payoff. Anyway. Rep stated address was spelled King l sey drive instead of Kingsley which I questioned numerous times and the Rep refused to admit that her spelling was incorrect. She also gave out the wrong zip code of 45274-0789 when the actual zip for 5050 Kingsley Drive 5/3rd banking center is located in Cincinnati. OH. IS 45263. Interest 8.5%. Ridiculous.
Horrible place shanetta, maureen, dorothy, michelle and HR ppl are malicious evil creatures. Place needs to be looked at/looked into. Infestation of bed bugs, ppl stealing, ppl threatening others. Ppl getting wrongfully fired, while others keep their job. Corporate really needs to get a handle on this before place gets shut down. On behalf of myself I'll be pursing legal actions. I suggest everyone else who has been affected negatively by this abyss of a place, do the same. Hope this goes viral.
