Went in for an appointment for an auto loan refinance yesterday. Was told that the next available appointment was today at 3 pm. Made the appointment for a phone call and never received the call.
See below for initial review and now one day later turns out manager lied and did not close my account as he stated because it’s still open. This manager likes to play games with his customers. Bad service. Manager extremely rude. Did not call when ID was left at location. When trying to retrieve ID manager made a game of it and made it difficult to get back. Closed our account.
I only need to go to this bank once a month and dread going here knowing if I'm lucky I can get through a simple transaction at best 20 minutes waiting normally 30 minutes plus waiting
Good customer service, hospitality and make you feel that you are there. Welcoming and safe. Thank you for giving the experience of looking for a great bank.
Always understaffed, always taking forever the only thing helpful out of this branch is Salene.
