This Fifth Third Bank & ATM is the Best. Excellent customer service and amazing staff, always friendly my mom has been coming here for years. We use the ATM all the time. The drive thru is good. 5 Stars
Shared a checking account with my wife, when she had a problem i suffered as well. And it takes hours to get corrected.
Got auto loan with them. They used info they had on file from 2009 so setting up mobile banking required 2 in person visits to branch. Mobile app would not let me add external account. After 3 unsuccessful attempts was told I would NEVER be able to link account. 2 months later I tried making payment and was so successful app took 2 payments overdrawing my checking account. Tried calling bank 16 times throughout day and no one would answer phone.
