I enjoyed the service here, sadly they seem to be understaffed and it isn’t helped by the impatient customers who get upset because the staff are helping other customers. Anyways, the staff were helpful and kind. Don’t hate them just because they are understaffed.
Terrible bank been trying to get a hold of the dispute department since December for allow fraud on my account that put me in negative and they keep charging me fees someone wrote a check in my name but I have never bought checks from you
I have no problem with the service, however please put line markers for the customers.. A gentleman cut ahead of me after my long wait .. I didn’t appreciate being questioned and doubted.
Anderson Town Center Kroger Location...Standing there for a good 5 minutes while only 2 out of 3 tellers are working and not acknowledged once...Finally, want to cash 2 checks drawn at their bank and she asked me for my ID and asked if I have an account,I said no...She said that's fine and set me up a profile, which took forever...Then said, well if you don't have an account here it's $5 fee for each check cashed...What an unprofessional waste of my time for me and other people in line waiting...The young girl with the tatto... read more
