No problem with banking but really don’t like the new automated system!
I urge you for your own sake not to trust your money with this bank. This bank cost me a staggering amount of money. To start: They put my money in the wrong account. Then, after i had discovered this error, and when i finally was able to successfully get in touch with someone (it took about seven calls before i stopped being transferred to a dead line), they were not able to assist me over the phone because they had the incorrect number for me on file. i am a disabled veteran, and essentially housebound, so this is an extra... read more
