Zero Stars, ignorant customer service, me and my wife were there last Saturday to make a larger withdrawal using 5/3 banking check, we were turned down, because manager was not there to approve it. I guess, when you are working class and you want to do business there, be prepared to take a day off from work.... The best part was, we went to other location of 5/3, they did help us by splitting the amount on couple checks. The branch in Countryside is not there to help you with your own money.....
Zero Stars. This Bank is terrible. I opened an account 11/4/24 so I could open account closer to home. I wrote a check from my original bank for a large sum of money. They transferred that money to their bank the next day. They told me my funds would be available in a few days. My account has been on hold for almost 2 weeks now. Today I tried to close the account and get my money back. They said I have to come back on Monday, my account is still being reviewed. This is beyond ridiculous.
The bank provides excellent service, everything is in order, and I am satisfied with the customer experience.
After nothing but issues with this bank, the branch can’t even give me a check to use. Useless
