April was nice so this isn't on her. This is on the bank as a whole that I wasn't able to withdraw the money in the account. I could only do a cashier's check but they had to charge me. Getting charged to take my money out is ridiculous when I was wanting cash in the first place. Then they told me the money should still be available same day because it's a bank to bank check, but it's being held for two business days. Again why I wanted the cash so that there wouldn't be a hold.

The staff has been helpful and 5/3 Bank has had interest rates that are some of the best in the country. They have a hometown feel that I appreciate.

I like the staff at Greenfield. I had multiple loans and a credit card I've had over the years, never a late payment. However, after paying off a loan earlier this year, a 0.17cent interest charge was calculated as being owed, even though my account online said $0. I called and spoke with a teller that verified I didn't owe any money.
