I came here to praise the staff at the new location and address a few things, especially after reading LoveAmerica’s review. First: There are at least three employees from the old location who are still working at the new one. As someone who regularly handles deposits for my cousin and my parents, I think I would know that. I love Fifth Third.....you have always done things right. However....... Was so anxious to see the new building you occupy in Greenfield. Arrived around 11:30 There were 2 females at the desk and one was helping a customer. The second one was having computer problems and told the person ahead of me it would be a few minutes. She kept getting up to help the other person who seemed to be having trouble. No longer in the Kroger and they close two hours earlier now at 5p vs 7p. They are friendly but are not very knowledgeable in banking practices. It would be much better if they offered solutions to finance issues. They are also very suspicious over what you are using the money for that you withdraw.

April was nice so this isn't on her. This is on the bank as a whole that I wasn't able to withdraw the money in the account. I could only do a cashier's check but they had to charge me. Getting charged to take my money out is ridiculous when I was wanting cash in the first place. Then they told me the money should still be available same day because it's a bank to bank check, but it's being held for two business days. This bank is an absolute embarrassment to banks how does your system need updating and in the process lose money and payments don't go through ruining credit from your messy system and the only thing we hear back is you didn't make a mistake when clearly you did absolute joke to bank with fifth third bank with chase I've had the for 12 plus years and they have never lose money or payments not going through because of system updates you are better off putting your money in a jar in your back yard than banking here (Update) It... read more
