I HAVE A CHECKING ACCOUNT AT THIS LOCATION. MY CARD DONT EXPIRE FOR 5 MONTHS. JUNE 2026 BUT BECAUSE IT EXPIRES THIS YEAR THEY DEACTIVATED MY CARD THAT I HAVE WITHOUT NOTICE BECAUSE THEY ISSUED A DIFFERENT CARD AND ON THE WAY IN THE MAIL. SO HERE I AM WITHOUT NO MONEY NO GAS LOOKING TO GET MONEY SOMEHOW TO GET MONEY TO GET HOME LIKE HOW THE HELL DO U DEACTIVATE PEOPLES CARDS WITHOUT NOTICE. SO DONE WITH THIS BANK
April was nice so this isn't on her. This is on the bank as a whole that I wasn't able to withdraw the money in the account. I could only do a cashier's check but they had to charge me. Getting charged to take my money out is ridiculous when I was wanting cash in the first place. Then they told me the money should still be available same day because it's a bank to bank check, but it's being held for two business days. Again why I wanted the cash so that there wouldn't be a hold.
The staff has been helpful and 5/3 Bank has had interest rates that are some of the best in the country. They have a hometown feel that I appreciate.
Jessica Janes has been fantastic and very helpful with a few issues she got fixed for me. She goes above and beyond. Plz give her a raise!
