This is the bank from HELL for sure unless you are a millionaire. My husband and I are 63 & 65 and have to have a bank for direct deposits. We live on meager funds. 5/3 cannot WAIT to bring over draft charges every chance they can. I had 5 UNDER 5.00 debits from Google that were UNAUTHORIZED, I told the bank that and they took 185.00 O.D. anyway. Google made it right and credited all 5 transactions but the 185.00 FREE money is still in 5/3rd's pocket !! OMG if they don't return MY MONEY I will be seeing our G.M. lawyer !!

I stopped by your Cary, IL Branch to maybe switch my bank accounts and get info on direct deposit I spoke to the manager AAron Stain and he smelled as if has been drinking all night and just rolled into work. Needless to say I will not trust my banking needs to a bunch of drunks. I understand holiday cheer but come on you are in customer service . Stay home if you have been drinking.
I will never go to this Fifth Third Bank ever again!! I went through the drive thru yesterday (8/23/13) around 1:15pm, at this bank to deposit money, and to cash a few checks. There was another lady next to me also getting money out. The bank teller somehow switched our two canisters and gave this lady named Katherine my money and my driver’s license back. Your mortgage department sends escrow statements showing I owe a shortage every year. You send it long after I receive my payment book and the months payment is due!!! Bad business folks!!! I am still waiting on info to pay my mortgage online. That hes been on going for over a year. Do you read these comments? I have and it does not look good.

Uh-oh, after reading the disgusted comments about fifth, third bank I do not want this bank. I just bought a car and this is the bank they gave me now I am thinking I want to stay with Capital one. I have had great customer service with Capital One for 3 years now. I tried to go online just to find an address to send the payments to and I could not find one single address, except for branch locations. What does that tell you? This is Shane & Linda L. We are writing a buyer beware letter concerning a vehicle financed thru Fifth-Third Bank. In March 2011 we purchased a Nissan Titan financed thru Fifth-Third Bank. Everything was fine until we had a death in the family on August 5, 2012. Since then we have been completely disgusted with the treatment we have received from this bank.
