I've banked with 5/3 for over a decade now and have been to many of their branches. The folks that work here are the most pleasant and helpful that I've ever encountered. They've notarized countless documents for me and even faxed a document to help me out. Shout out to Marisa for going above and beyond!!!
Good banking
For trying to pay a bill it locks your card. Then call the fraud department they're rude and hang up on you if things don't change with this bank will move our money somewhere else. Your card shouldn't get locked for trying to pay a bill to Optima no wonder you employed so many people for the fraud because it's a fraud.
