Got off the phone earlier with the corporate office CS Supervisor Candace. Evidently she does not understand how to let me speak to her supervisor. No, scratch that. She refused to transfer me. I would not ask her to explain how to water a lawn. They charge ridiculous fees at various dates. No explanation why it is here, But not all these other times. Never do business with the folks. They are as crooked as a dogs hind leg.

Just saw a 5/3rd commercial proclaiming, “No ATM fees”. What a riot!!! You can do that because you charge elderly people $11 a month for their checking account, when they have less than $300, to their name. No!!!! I don’t recommend 5/3rd, because they have no heart. I’m sure if they are doing it to my mother, they’re doing it to yours. When I ask one of their managers, on the phone, she gave me a “Sucks To Be You” attitude. Yep, that sounds like a bank I want to do business with.
5/3 bank I recommend this bank to all my friends and family.
5/3rd just took over a mortgage. Nothing but trouble trying to set up electronic payment. God, what a pain they have been. I was on hold for over 15 minutes, twice and their customer service reps are useless. What a shame. Totally disgusted.
