I had a pleasant visit to this Fifth Third Bank location. The bankers were very courteous and professional. 5 stars.
I had a very refreshing and pleasant experience at this Fifth Third location in Marietta. Nick Sherwood and banker team mate Aiyana Knight were most helpful for my online banking needs and credit card needs . I don’t always have this type of treatment at other locations. But when I need help with a banker in person, I am going back to see them. It is hard to find person to speak to on the phone at the branch. Then I tried the online chat option which was taking long time for them to respond. One person disconnect the chat before I ask a followup question, they are not trained to ask "Is there anything else I can help with?". I had to wait in the queue again to connect with another person.
