I’m reporting them to CFPB and writing to state attorney general, they refused to put ACH block on my account when I told them a big corporate giant had my account number and routing number, and after they took unauthorized money from me twice they treated me like a idiot and refused to give back my money, they put me in a financial bind, I had to direct deposit my SSI money to a different bank because it wasn’t safe with 5th 3rd and now because of them they turned over fees to a shysters collecting agency.
