Customer service is great and they are very nice. But overall sucky bank, people easily steal your money and they have a problem when you deposit too much money lol what a joke. Switched to honor credit union. Bye forever. Had my checks held every month for a year straight. Tired of it and going somewhere where they don’t think my paycheck is fraudulent. Been banking with 5/3 since 2020. Sad they still do this to loyal customers. Again the people are great but idk how they manage money lol.
I've had a Money Market saving account for years, didn't do much with it so I wasn't actively monitoring, and because I'm a good person, I opted in for paperless everything. One day, 3 months ago they started charging me $20 per month for admin fees because my balance was under $5,000. NO NOTICE! They took $20 per month for three months and would not refund so I'm leaving this bank forever. Perhaps the $60 was worth it to loose a customer. So short-sighted. I'll now tell everyone DO NOT USE THIS BANK

I’m reporting them to CFPB and writing to state attorney general, they refused to put ACH block on my account when I told them a big corporate giant had my account number and routing number, and after they took unauthorized money from me twice they treated me like a idiot and refused to give back my money, they put me in a financial bind, I had to direct deposit my SSI money to a different bank because it wasn’t safe with 5th 3rd and now because of them they turned over fees to a shysters collecting agency.
